- Advised and represented the owner of a hotel in the tenancy agreement and the licence agreement for the provision of food and beverage services for hotel guests and other customers.
- Advised and represented the client in the preparation and negotiations between client and a F&B company in respect of the Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement (Rooftop) and Licence Agreement (Kitchen) for a hotel.
- Advised and represented the vendor in the sale of its JTC factory (previously a HDB industrial property) to a listed company.
